Excellent response time, I literally sent a text while at lunch, Pat responded he was free to conduct business when I was ready… We met up , took the vehicle for a test drive, I asked is there any quirks/ problems with it and he replied it may need a new battery( once we purchased the vehicle and had an hour drive home, the battery charged and was fine afterwards anyway)… That showed me he was honest and a good businessman.
